Pcos, spotting and pregnancy

Hi
I had a missed miscarriage a few months ago at 12w. I didnt get a period after so once it had been 2 months the dr gave me primolut to induce period. Period started 3 days after last tablet. I normally have a 34-35 day cycle so i should have got my period around the 5th jan. On the 4th i started spotting very very light pink only showed when i wiped sorry for tmi. I thought i was getting my period. The next day the same just spotted very light on and off when i wiped. Was only like a pale smear or a streak with mucus or a spot. This continued for 8 days. I did 2 pregnancy tests which were negative. I have never had anything like this before. Normally i either get a period or my period stops and them is started again with primolut and continues regular. But never spotting. Any ideas or has anyone experienced this.

It can take ages for your body to sort itself into a normal routine but worth another chat with GP.

The body is an amazing thing. It could just be that the time you took the tablet - mucked up your natural cycle a bit. So your period was "induced" per say, before it naturally would have been, and so now your body is all out of wack. It may take a few months for it to settle. P.S I have PCOS, endo, fibroids....you name it. I am happily pregnant; 21 weeks...with a healthy baby boy) you don't need to get regular periods or have regular cycles to become pregnant, I didn't get my period (a period in the traditional sense of the work; bleeding, I was more spotting like you) for like 4 months and then BAM - PREGNANT!!! Don't get hung up on what you "see"...so much is going on inside of you that you may not even be aware of. Good luck, and relax.
