So bit weird but I was looking at having another child with the ex.
We have a 4 year old already. The ex left me for a gay relationship. We get on pretty well most part. He always pays child support and we have no issues with split custody.
I really want to have another child, and after 3 years haven't found " the one". I have asked the ex before to be a sperm donor and he is still a bit unsure.
I curious what others thoughts are as an ex as a sperm donor for another child?

Nope, I'd rather use a strangers sperm!
Its not the worst idea ever. In the right circumstamces. I had a second to my ex it was not planned i would not have chosen it but its worked out ok. They share the same dad and both go off together.
however i still sometimes think well here i am a few years later in the same place as when we separated except i have two kids.
i imagine if this hadnt happened i would have one older child and peobably moved on by now and who knows maybe have found love and have created a family by now. Really different senario to having a baby and toddler as a single mum and feel like dating is impossible.
