Hi Ladies bit of a difficult one to answer here, but here goes... I have two kids to my ex husband, my Fiance & I have been trying to conceive for almost 12 month's now with no luck, I track my cycle so I know when I am most fertile ect but here is where I am starting to get concerned. My Fiance has no sex drive & when we do make love there is very little semen, we make love on average twice a week & 50% of the time he can't ejaculate, he has very small testicles as well, could the small testicles be inhabiting our chances of conceiving, or is it time to see a specialist. TIA

I believe if you have been trying for a year with no luck it is time to see a doctor
Time for you both to see a GP. Sorry this is something only a medical professional can help you with.
Don Tolman says that FIGS are the best thing for fertility in men. They kinda look like testicle too… mother nature at her best!!! If you are on Gold Coast, let me know 'cos I went to see a doctor after 9 months of no luck, and he fix my thyroid and few other things, was pregnant 2 x weeks later.
