Wanting advice.
I had my son a year ago and unfortunately about a month before giving birth i got one hemorrhoid. Then during a natural delivery i got one or two more.
Afterwards between 3 doctors i wasnt offered many choices on how to fix them but to give it time. Well its now been 13 month's there still there and they sometimes get extremely sore when doing a BM which results in pain and bleeding for days, and even having sex can set them off again.
I am super sick of them and want to know if any other mums have had this same issue, what did you do to fix it and did they come back with subsequent pregnancies?

These are horrible! I've had them since my first which was 9 years ago! No doctors ever give any solutions that help - but a friend told me about proctosyl (I think that's how you spell it) suppositories, they are way better than any cream, I'm lucky in a way mine aren't constantly sore, more of an annoyance for me, but I do have times when they flare up & those suppositories are awesome for the relief they give - you can get them from the chemist, I'm pretty sure they're behind the counter. All the best & you most certinatley not alone x
I had them with my first bad like a bunch of grapes always bleeding and in pain was offered creams which helped and also had a few appointments where they pushed them back in 2yrs ago after 4 yrs of doing this I had surgery classes as day was wake they numb the area and remove by placing a rubber band around them had all external done and 3 internal it hurt and was uncomfortable for a few days but that's it wish I'd known earlier about it and pregnant with second and no sign of them and due in a few week good luck make sure u keep asking them
Bit TMI but are you straining to do a poop? You shouldn't have to push very hard to push out a poop. It should sort of just happen without too much effort. I have had them since i had my second two year ago and they are manageable when I stick to a diet full of vegetables and fruit. And plenty of water. When i have too much processed junkie food i find i get backed up and that is a problem and makes them 1000x worse. Proctosedyl is a life saver when they are really bad but the diet change does really help xx Good Luck. They are quite literally a pain in the freakin' arse! <3
