My 2 and a half year old daughter constantly complains about her big tummy. She actually doesn't even have a big tummy, she's a lanky little thing. She'all just be sitting down, hold her tummy and say 'my big tummy' with a sad face. I ask her if it hurts, she says no. She goes toilet regularly...I just don't know where this might come from? Or why she would be saying it? Any thoughts?
