I've recently had a baby 8 weeks ago via c-section. And I had very minimal bleeding like 3 days worth and then after around a week my lochia had stopped altogether.
And I had healed reasonably well.
So I jumped straight back on the band wagon and had sex around 3 weeks after giving birth, and regardless of having a newborn I'm quite a sexually active person.
And despite being on contraception I've once again, fallen oregnant.
Have any other mums found themselves in this position? My scar is still quite tender sometimes on the outside and currently at the moment I'm having quite a few pains around that area.
I suppose what I'm asking is, is it safe for me to continue with the pregnancy? Can your body handle it after having such a major operation?

I would think that a doctor would be the best person to answer this. Even just ring your regular gp and ask to talk to them on the phone for some peace of mind.
My doctor doesn't want to discuss it until I'm around 8 weeks.
I fell pregnant as soon as the hubs touched me. That was about three weeks post birth.
While I got through the pregnancy and we had a healthy girl, it was such a hard pregnancy. I had lots of little bleeds throughout, & oh so tired and just wrecked all the time. And I still had a wee baby to care for. You have a hard time ahead Hun, be prepared.

I fell pregnant soon after my first Was born
As we wanted our kids to be close and good mates
I had alot of trouble after my 2nd son was born I had plenty of specialist appointments and doctors appointments I was bleeding heavy and for a few months after giving birth I was told by specialists I didn't give my body time to recoup
I was extremely sick and lethargic from all the bleeding
Never mind ladies it appears my body wasn't ready and did its own thing.
