Financial abuse years after divorce

I am looking for women who are/have gone/going through the same abuse I am going thru

Notes -
I have a signed settlement order for finance and children he ignores both

My ex husband has moved overseas and is refusing to pay for anything he agreed to in the financial settlement.
There are two houses as the shared debt from the marriage
I got one. He got another
I cannot refinance as one is collateral for the other I have tried this
Both houses have substantial negative equity so can't just sell n move one - the mortgage lenders insurance are going to chase me only fir the short fall as he is overseas
He refuses to pay the mortgage on his house cause ' he doesn't want it any more'
Won't pay rates on his property and is happy that the council is taking me to court

Breaching him with the court orders will still not make him pay. ! It's like he is just burying his head in the sand saying that debt doesn't exist

He is going to affect the rest of my life and is just sitting overseas saying to me. Justgo bankrupt. Forclose if you can't afford it. I prefer you get taken to court rather than pay.

My lawyer has no options for me
I have no money

I have two children with the excuse of a man and he also doesn't pay child support.

Does anyone relate to this? Have you been thru it before. What did you do.
