School choices??????

I am having trouble choosing a school for my 3 kids. Current school does not cater for boys past year 4, we are wanting to stay coed so are thinking of moving them. Choices are the local state school- lovely community, very old facilities, and not a big focus on technology, some parts of the school are very unattractive and in need of TLC. Option 2 is a Christian school a bit further away - also appears to have a lovely community, big technology focus, very nice facilities. Both have lots of space to spread out and play. Christian school is quite expensive, has camps, caters to upper primary in a unique way to prepare for high school - lockers, shared teaching, no desks or chair bags, one to one laptop programme. State school has the usual Ed Qld old timber buildings and chair bags and tidy trays for the upper school. I am really unsure as I think they are both great schools and not sure which one will be best for the kids.
