It's actually a myth that breastfeeding damages boobs, the damage is caused by the pregnancy, breastfeeding or not, we all end up with stretching and sagging
Wether you breastfed or not there were likely changes to your boobs during pregnancy (they often get bigger stretching the skin) and after giving birth (your milk would have come in anyway making your boobs hard and sore for awhile). Any stretching or getting bigger of the skin and then going back to normal size can make your boobs appear this way. Even if you never had children it can still happen.
Breast fed three babies until my milk supply disappeared on its own. Boobs still look like they did before I had them. Boobs are going to grow and change like the rest of your body. It's life. Nothing you can really do to stop the changes.

Your breast tissue changes during pregnancy and you get milk ducts through your breasts and whether you feed or not, your milk comes in and when it goes away, your breasts still contain the milk ducts and not the same breast tissue as prior to your pregnancy, so they will never be the same as they were before you fell pregnant.
