I use to be best friends with a girl that i use to have so much fun with,I use to love having her around, but then i let other peoples influences & drama get in the middle of our friendship. After that our friendship went down hill and now to the point that we never speak. But now Ive got myself feeling so jealous of her. She has lost heaps of weight,looking fantastic , has a hot boyfriend and has so many new best friends , where as I'm looking like shit , still so overweight , single and hardly any friends. I envy this girl so much and wish I was living her fantastic life. How can I overcome this jealousy and just let it be ?

Why don't you make contact, tell her she looks amazing and ask her what her tips are to get your own life to what you want it to be? If she helps you even get started onto your own journey then it may get you some common ground again and she could be like a coach for you.
Agree with other comment. Make contact and see what happens.. Its possible you aren't actually jealous but miss her friendship.
