My 3 year old son is getting bullied by my ex's 8 year old step son.
My children spend every weekend at their dads place, he started a new relationship last year his new partners 8 year old boy suffers from ADHD and EVERY weekend my son comes home bruised my children tell me the 8 year old hits punches and pushes my 3 year old over.
I've told my ex MANY times to supervise his children properly, my ex told me he is afraid his new partner will leave him if he says anything to her child over this...
What can I do??? I'm absolutely fed up my son getting bullied..

What sort of parenting plans are in place? Any court orders? Start documenting the bruises. Take pictures. Speak to child protection in your state, tomorrow. Seek legal advice and start the mediation process. Based on what child protection says I'd act accordingly. I wouldn't be sending my child back there, if there are no court orders!
He's more worried about his new partner than his son? What a piece of shit. What do you do? Speak to child protection, speak to the police- have the bruises etc documented any way you can (police, Dr, personal records)! Don't send your son back there! It's my understanding that even with court orders if there is evidence of abuse you can withhold the child until it's sorted!
