Tying Tubes? Clip VS Burning or not at all?

Tying Tubes? Clarity please. I am 31 years old and done having kids and was thinking of tying my tubes until I saw all the bad side effects. Excessive weight gain, hormone imbalance, depression, anxiety and Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome. But there seems to be a big difference in whether you get these symptoms depending on which way you do it. Apparently the clip brings worse symptoms whereas having your tubes burnt doesn't and this is because you have a foreign body inside you?? I hear more positive results from the burning of tubes than I do with the clip? I definitely do not want to suffer the horrible side effects and would rather not have it done if this is the case. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you

I have the clips and never had any of the symptoms of PTLS. My sister had the same and no symptoms for her either. We had both had very bad reactions to long term hormonal contraception like implanon etc.
If you are really worried about PTLS and tolerate something like the implanon or mirena I'm not sure why you'd bother with tube tying. The only reason I want down that path was because I really don't tolerate it at all.

Clipped, no issues, nothing has changed, been 8 yrs... I couldn't take other methods of contraception, I tried others, and kept falling pregnant.. My 3 boys are all contraceptive babies. I think everyone is different and reacts different
