My daughter (3) has begun to dislike her grandma (fathers mum).
Myself and my family have always had a great relationship with the family and can not say enough nice things.
My daughter used to greet her with a smile and hug and say good bye the same way. Now she refuses to say anything to her and says she doesnt want to see her.
I have tried asking her but she just says she doesn't want to. Her grandma is quite upset by it all.
Not sure what Im asking here, i just want it to go back to the way it was.

Kids go through phases. My cousins didn't like my dad when they were tiny but now he is there favourite uncle!
It happens, don't make a big deal about it.
This just happen to my 2 year old little girl for three weeks now she's over it and holds her hand and gets ecited when we are near her house I've had two girls and they done so just the same like your little one .
My son was like this to my mother in law. I don't know why he went low that but they go through phases. I did find sometimes instead of talking to him she would talk down to him which he would think he was always in trouble. But now it is good!!
My daughter went through this but it was with her grandpa (my dad) she now loves him again though.
