Im changing internet provider, i have been with telstra for a while and have had nothing but problem after problem. I did some shopping around and for my area found that iprimus was one of the few others that service my area. Has anyone had anything to do with iprimus broadband unlimited and if so how reliable was it. I study online and need reliable internet speed and connection

I find the Iprimus bundle great. I have the unlimited internet and free mobile and home phone calls to anywhere in Australia bundle which is $79.90 per month. The Internet and phone is great, the price is great, however, dealing with Iprimus is not so great. I unfortunately had alot of problems, I got three bills in one hit because they didn't send me my bill monthly and it kept happening. I ended up abusing them 3 or 4 times over the phone before they got it sorted, now I get my bills monthly like I'm supposed to (via email) and don't have to deal with them at all over the phone.
I'd recommend them to anyone, just keep track of time, unfortunately I didn't realise I should have had 3 bills therefore didn't realise I was so much in debt with them because I wasn't recieving the bill.
Thanks for the advice, hopefully i wont have a drama with them, as i dont have many other options in terms of internet providers
