Firstly, sorry for your loss, no matter how early its still devastating. Secondly I think everybody is different. I haven't experienced it myself but I know a couple of people who have. My sister had one and conceived within 2 weeks of the d&c! But a lady at my work had one over a year ago and hasn't conceived again yet. In saying thst, it took her a long time to get pregnant the first time.
I think if you had no trouble falling pregnant this time then I don't see why you wouldn't be pregnant again within a few months.

I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks. We were told to wait until after I had my next period to try again. I fell pregnant again immediately but unfortunately miscarried again (this time at 7 weeks). We tried again and I fell pregnant immediately again and we had a healthy happy baby boy (who's about to turn 1).
My advice for you is to try to breathe. It's so hard and I know I cried so much when we were trying. But you just have to try and keep going. I was in a rush to get pregnant with our second that I put so much pressure on myself.
