baby with a right side aortic arch and low Papp A level

Hello everyone.

I am 32 years old and 36 weeks pregnant with my first baby.
Yesterday at a growth scan ultrasound we learnt that our baby has a medical condition which is right side aortic arch.
From what I can gather... the babies heart is a mirror image of what it should be but it is a good size and is working well. There may be cause for concern if some vessles off the heart are smaller then usual as that can effect swallowing and beathing and may need surgery.
The baby is also a bit smaller then normal... it has a low Papp A level.
Im really worried because both of these are indicators of down syndrome and also another condition called q22. Even though our screening tests have come back as low risk.
Does any one have any experience with a baby who has been born with this heart condition and/or a low Papp A level who can give me some info or share experience.

I had low Papp-A and being my first pregnancy I googled all the worst case scenarios. I also had high amniotic fluid levels towards to end and given both these things my whole pregnancy was fraught with worry. I didn't enjoy it because I was constantly thinking of and preparing myself for worst case scenarios. Despite the low pappA I carried my bub to full term, he was a tiny 6lbs7 but perfectly beautiful and healthy in every way! My advice is to try to relax and know that the chances of something being wrong are significantly smaller than everything being right. Goodluck :). Xx
