Inappropriate behaviour from visitors?

We recently had some visitors at our house. A couple in a relationship.
When they went home, I went to clean the room they were staying in and found drug paraphernalia, a glass pipe and a used bong as well as a bag of marijuana.
I also removed a garbage bag of rubbish, half empty drink bottles, take away food containers (half eaten) etc.
Both of them know I very anti-drugs, I don't even like being associated with people who drink alcohol regularly.
Now judge me as a prude if you wish but these people are about to have their first baby soon, in a few months or so.
Should I confront them? or just stay out of it? Not my monkeys not my circus sort of situation.
I am very upset that they would use my home as some sort of crack den or the like.
I also found some evidence of them doing house calls/outcalls for prostitution.
I am horrified that a pregnant person would be sleeping around with strangers for money, with the dangers to herself and the baby clearly evident.
With that evidence (written note on a piece of paper) and phone calls all day and night and coming and going all hours of the day and night.
So yes my question again mind my own business? confront them? I am in two minds...
Please help, I don't want to be that person who sticks my beak in where its not wanted.
Thanks in advance IM's

Call child welfare, don't confront them. Don't tell them that you are calling child welfare just do it. Doesn't sound like they would be influenced by you talking to them either way.

Agree with other poster call child safety.
I wouldn't say anything to them just drop contact not the type of people I'd want in my life. .

Dont confront them yourself. People like that will always say that its people against drugs with thw problem. You have seen the evidence. Its actually happening. You need to call child services! That is terrible. You are not a prude at all, but that baby is already being put in harms way and she isn't even born yet. Thats the saddest thing. :( make sure you be the voice for the baby. She hasn't got one yet :(
