Has any other mothers been through so much domestic violence and worn out and lost custody of her children?
This is my current situation. My solicitor advises that because my ex has my oldest son ( who is 9) for the past 8 months and he has some intelectual disabilities and i always struggled as any mother would.. they are now favouring the father for full custody which means i lose my youngest son (who is 6) and i have a very close attachment/bond to him.
The courts look at it as siblings should stay together.
I cannot speak with my ex at all. He is a sick person.
Reaching out for help and support/advice..

I can't see how. You lose him altogether? And lose the six year old altogether without any consideration.
It sounds wrong wrong wrong.
I guess it depends what you mean when you say struggle, but I think you would have a very strong case to say it was do related and much different now that's removed and you're in a different environment and life.
