How thoughtful! Anything that freezes well so lasagne, stews/casseroles, shepherds pie, curried sausages, spaghetti mince etc.
Recently my friends hubby passed away unexpectedly. The last thing she wanted to do was cook!
If you have a slow cooker use that. I cooked up a few slow cooker recipes and popped them into take away containers, a quiche and a lasagne and took it all over.
