I havent done it but i can tell you it would be costly. Like well into the thousands.
Theres the doctor and theatre nurses to pay for, the anethesist (big expense) equipment in theatre, a stay in hospital. Better off paying into a health fund and waiting out the waiting period (and also stay on the public list in case it happens quicker than expected)
