Going from 2 children to 3? What's it like?

My husband has told me he is open to talking about having baby #3. I am so happy! Nothing is set in concrete but im just happy he is contemplating it.
Our youngest is over 2 and in a big bed already but we still have most of our big baby items (pram, cot, car seat) so would only need clothing.
My question is for those with 3 children what was it like going from 2 to 3? Apart from possibly needing a bigger car what else changed? Was it any different having 3? If you had your time over would you have stopped at 2 (i know we all love our children and wouldnt change them for anything but was life easier with 2)?
