Any suggestions welcome!

Hi all,
So I am mum to three beautiful healthy children, ages 9, 7, and 2. I would love to return to work, but after crunching the numbers, my partner and I can see that any salary I make would go directly into daycare and after school care full-time, and we would actually be about $100 worse off per month.
Now, I know I can work at home. I have the skill set and the aptitude etc to make a go of it. My question is, how do I carve out some work time each day? I am busy from 5am to 9pm with kids and home and volunteer work, and we have no family around to babysit. Our friends are as busy as we are! I am so motivated and this is the final hurdle. Any suggestions?
Thanks everyone!

Can you and your partner share childcare costs? Why would your salary just pay for it?

Childcare for child aged 2 for 2 days a week.
If you were working fulltime you probably would have to stop volunteer work so stop volunteer work.
You treat your two days daycare like work days. You go to your 'office' do no housework in that time.

Have you thought about superannuation, you might be behind $100 per month now, but what will the extra contributions mean to your retirement??
