Alcohol and motherhood

Using Alcohol to deal with motherhood. Ok, not looking for hate in this post. I am a 31yo single mother with 2 kids age 8 and 5. I work fulltime and days are hectic and full on but do have helpful parents to help with looking after kids and making dinner after school most nights. But I do love a drink. And when the whining and whinging and sooking amps up, so do my visits to my local bottle shop. This certainly isn't a nightly thing. Mostly on Sunday nights when there are 20 school uniforms to iron and school lunches to prepare. I feel a glass of wine helps drowns out the fighting and winging and mad cooking of school lunches then the washing up of 100 plates after, ugh! I dont feel like an alcoholic and not sure what Im even asking but wished I had other ways of coping.

I understand completely!
If it's not coffee or tea for the morning school run, it's a glass of wine to go with an arduous dinner.
Nothing wrong with a glass or 2 of wine in the evening.
