I'm 22 and have the worst skin. I use to have really bad skin growing up and my face has scaring. But its been so bad the last year I fell like I'm going through puberty again. What do you ladies suggest?. I'm SO down and embarrassed about it. Some days I won't leave the house.

I brought Thursday plantation from the chemist the foam oil & cream & scar oil.
I also cut of sugar & I've noticed alot of change in 2 weeks.
I have adult acne too, always have. I was diagnosed with PCOS last year.
Go see a beauty therapist. They are trained to deal with skin problems like this... go to one that is fully certified not the pop up shop ones
If you have cystic acne (pimples that are mostly beneath the skin, very sore) go and see a dermatologist. They can prescribe medication that will fix it up so well!! But be aware of side effects, some are very strong meds. Also, a doctor can prescribe creams that might be helpful if you acne is bad but not cystic. Good luck, I've been there and it's awful to go through. See your doctor first, get a referral to a dermatologist :)
Yes this is exactly what it is. The big ones under the skin so sore not much puss. And then they go all scabby and bleed. But there so noticeable. I do have the odd one above the skin and so many black heads. I'll try and get into a dermatologist
My doc put me on a pill which helped skin immensely. Diane its called or Brenda. My skin went bad aged 30 before that no issues.
I use to be on this pill and had to come off it I had very bad side effects. I was also on yasmine at 13.
