My 2 year old can't poo

Please help. Have a almost 2 year old boy who has issues with doing number twos and has done for such a long time. He will hold onto it and not go for a week at a time until he is in pain and I have to use a suppository to help him go. Tried softners, food changes, chiropractor, naturopath etc etc but no luck. When it comes out its huge but it is soft. Not sure if it's medical or emotional for him just not sure where to go to next. Can't keep going like this it's terrible for him and for me and I'm worried it's damaging him long term.

I'd head back to the GP and ask to be referred on, they will no who to refer you to. Some people it can be quite normal not to go daily but if he seems to be in pain or you have to use suppositories it's worth investigating.
