Ok so my son has warts. I feel pretty crappy about it too. It started off with one and I had it removed now that one has heeled two more have popped back up near it but also he has easily 20 or 30 on his arm at his elbow. Obviously I'm going to be taking him to the doctors.. I just want to know if any other mums have had this. We are clean etc I'm really baffled on why this is happening. I feel like a shit parent

Not a huge cluster like that only my youngest had some I didn't even have them removed eventually they just fell off. Not sure but look into it it might be an immune system thing similar to cold sores. I had an ingrown wart once when I was a kid on the tip of my finger and it just fell off never had any others. Dont know why only she got them or from where.
There are disorders that can cause incredible amounts of warts. But that's pretty extreme and even those cases I believe they can treat.
Warts are not a sign of dirtiness. Once the virus gets into your system some peoples immune systems just have more trouble fighting it than others. A lot of people carry the virus without even knowing it.
I had a couple as a child and they disappeared on there own. I recently got a new one.
