Ok so my hubby cheated a couple of years ago with a girl he met on a certain website. He promised to delete his account. Last night I was logged into his Google and it came up as a suggested search, so I went on to it to see if he was logged in. (He wasn't.) However I then went to history to delete my search on thete to avoid drama and it didn't show in history. my question is... is there a way to make it so certain websites don't show up in history?

Yes if the browser is set to private browsing then nothing will show in history
Op here- but when I went on it the browser wasn't on private? And it still didn't show up in history?
I'm not sure then, sorry Im not that good with computers, being on private was my only thought.
I really hope another IM can answer this and there's an innocent reason for you
Likely set to clear every time the browser is closed.
Dammit curse my tongue why am I helping you.
PUT THE COMPUTER DOWN! Go and have drinks with your friends if he is stressing you out that much with paranoia over what he is doing step away before you have a stroke.
Please kick an IM when she's down.
The first sentence is helpful.
I'm not sure why you felt the need to continue in an unhelpful / aggressive way after answering the question.
There is healthy behaviours and not healthy behaviours....
Speaking to him about finding it healthy....
Further than that is detrimental to her own mental health.
Thank you anon. - op
Welcome. If its turning up its frequently used it doesnt just appear if its once there are dozens of ways to automatically clear caches and not keep history or clear it.
And you will only upset yourself more tracking it down and I'm not walking you through it by forum posts.
But if it has you so so so worked up DONT approach him now while upset put him out of your mind and go and get some venting/downtime with friends. Deal with him later. If its what you suspect he isnt worth tying yourself up in knots for.
Also it may not actually be that computer he is accessing it on. It could be accessed from any computer or device synced to his google account
You're absolutely right. Thank you so much xxx
