Recently my 5yo son's teacher has spoken with me suggesting he may have a sensory processing issue and has said he should see an OT. I completely agree with her after doing some research on the behaviours associated with it.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any places that can help with the funding? I have an appointment with our GP next week but if there's something I can be doing until then, id like to get it done. I'm located on the Central Coast, NSW. So if anyone knows of any places that could help, please let me know!

Honestly if book into a peaditrician as well as an OT. OTs have there pet diagnosis around sensory disorders and sometimes they miss the big picture diagnosis which attracts more funding. A pead looks with a broader eye.
But yes start with your GP there are often 10 free visits per year.
