I feel that my kids have it really easy at home, they hardly ever have to help out and now that i'm in my third trimester of my third pregnancy its really starting to slow me down and always run off my feet, so we have decided to give chore charts a go, at the end of each day if everything on the chart is done they will be rewarded but i'm lost as to what chores are best suited for their ages - son is 4 and daughter is 2, can anyone please suggest what chores are good for their ages please? thank you.

Kids love to 'help' get them to help you with any and all household jobs. It may take longer at first, because you need to teach, supervise and assist, but once they get the hang of things they will not need your help :)
Off the top of my head-
As an example my 2 year old puts his dirty clothes in the dirty clothes basket, takes his bowl or plate to the sink after he has finished his meal or snack, stacks books on bookshelf, puts toys away in toy boxes, puts bath toys in the net after bath time.
My 4 year old does the above 'jobs' but also makes his bed, feeds the cat, unloads the dishwasher (started with just plastics, no glass, now all items except top shelf knives), helps in the garden by pulling small weeds and watering plants, sets the table. He is learning to peel vegetables at the moment. It takes forever for him to peel one carrot, but the point is he is learning to do it, and will eventually be able to peel them all.
I hope it doesn't sound like I am a slave driver, I am lucky that I have two boys that love to help. I would suggest start small and lots of praise, work your way up to the chore chart if you need it. They might be just happy to help ;)
