My son is 6 and his foreskin is still as tight as it was when he was a newborn. He has been given 6 months to loosen it before we need to talk circumcision.
The doctors tell us to let nature take it course and not to force it but is there anything he or I could to help the process?

If the doctors telling you to leave it I would listen
Hey chicky.
My son is also six, and we've had so much trouble with his also. It's been infected twice, steroid cream has fixed it.
We make sure he "practices his willy" each night in the shower, all it takes for it to get tight again is 2 or 3 nights of forgetting to remind him, and we're back at square one.
As females, it's so tough for us to deal with!
His daddy isn't circumsised, so didn't want our son to be either, but i do think this is the route we will ineviably end up taking.
My son was the same. Hospitalised a fews times for UTI's, because of it. Specialists gave us a cream, it helped and after he got older he is all good now. We did ask our son at the time if he wanted to try the cream first or get circumcised. He choose the cream and he is older now and glad now he made that choice.
