I recently got married earlier this month and have been off the pill for 3 weeks an got a period basically straight away after only shirt though have had unprotected sex few times as we are trying for a baby just wondering how long it takes for the pill to be out of your system and any tips for trying to conceive

I fell pregnant immediately after the pill. I finished pill got period then never got the next cause i was pregnant
Just enjoy it, don't make it a choir to get pregnant (if that makes sense). It took me about 4 months to fall pregnant after stopping the pill. Doc told me give it 6months and if nothing happened by then get some tests done for fertility.
I went off the pill and about 2 months later (both times I went off it) I fell pregnant. But it can take up to 2 years for it to leave your system.
It takes 3-6 months for the pill to get out of my system completely. There is a percentage of women that fall pregnant ON the pill, or shortly after stopping it, but most take a few months.
My GP told me women can be incredibly fertile after just coming off the pill so it's a great time to try for a baby - technically it's out of your system right away but some women find it takes time for their cycle to become more 'regular' as your body adjusts :)
