Pregnancy after Melanoma
Hi Ladies,
I am a little terrified of the responses but I am hoping for some positive stories.
I had a melanoma in situ cut out Oct 2014 and I am currently 9 month's pregnant. Unplanned pregnancy and stupid on my behalf. I am worried because I didn't wait 2 years recommended after diagnosis. I feel like I just gave myself a death sentence and my 6 yr old will now grow up without a Mum because I have put myself at risk.
Any positive stories of pregnancy after Melanoma and no reoccurrances due to pregnancy?

Hope all is well and you have no reoccurring melanoma. I was diagnosed melanoma in situ at 3 months post partum scary stuff. I wonder about having another as well!
I think as long as it was insitu it's ok to get pregnant it's anything further than that you put your self at risk
