You need to ask a doctor. This is where people take ideas that sounds like good science and 'make sense' and people assume they're informed and it's a good idea.
There's a lot of factors involved which only a medical professional will be able to talk to you about.
There's also a lot of ways to build immune system, this isn't the only way. It sounds like you need a lot more specific information and evidence and you're not going to get that from the internet and definitely not from other people's experience.
Lol my child born via c-section has a WAY better immune system than my child born naturally.
Lots of things affect immune systems it doesn't matter how you are born it more depends on how you were raised.
I would be chatting to a professional about this but personally this is not something I would even consider and I had never even heard of it before this question so it's clearly not something heaps of other people are doing or have done or if it is they are keeping quiet about it.
I have, I'm not sure about it. I've heard from reputable sources that mum taking probiotic supps for a while before and after birth if planning a c-section is supposed to help a lot. Breastfeeding where possible is also highly recommended.
But, you know what? My daughter was born by c-section, is rarely sick, has never needed antibiotics (is 4y9m). We did breastfeed for a bit over 2 years. However I think a lot of it is genetic too - hubby and I are also rarely unwell. I would definitely be speaking to a medical professional about this. I think the theory has merit but I'd want to see a bunch of evidence on it before I tried it!
Er.... it sounds like the latest fad to make you feel inadequate if you have a CS.
And I'm hoping it was your phone autocorrecting vagina to Virginia lol
