I will be ringing child support tomorrow, but was just wondering if anyone knows off hand what the deal is with school fees and child support. He has the kids (2) every 2nd Saturday night, I receive $46 a month for the 2 kids in child support, We have 1 child who has started kindergarten at a public school this year.

Usually he only pays for the time he has the kids. So very little chance of getting him to pay up. Even if it's the right thing to do. I had my son fulltime as that's what dad wanted and he didn't have to pay a cent more than child support
Child support covers everything. You could file for a re assessment of you have ground / "special circumstances". I've just don't this.
I've been through the same and was told what I get through child support is all I get unless he wants to pay (he doesn't) so I have to pay all school fees and extra curricular activities myself.
