Keep calm, you can do this :)
Remember that when you have kids close together you do pretty much the same stuff for them all instead of running around doing totally different things like you would with big age gaps and it's also much easier to take kids with smaller age gaps places where they can have fun compared to bigger age gaps where it's not so easy to find a place where everyone can have something to do and have fun.
As the twins get older when you change them, put one in a cot while you change the other. It will make it A LOT easier compared to having one crawling away from you.
You can get prams with 3, (even 4!) seats so definitely get one if your toddler doesn't like to walk.
Congratulations and I hope everything goes smoothly for you!
Hi. I know what your going through I have recently had twins and my youngest was 2. It's hard work but my best advice is to be as prepared as you can be with all the baby things you need early as twin pregnancy is extremely hard even if you have an easy and low issue pregnancy. If you can get lots of family help, (if not don't worry to much you will be able to do this just take one day at a time) and prepare your toddler to have siblings by focusing on them being the big brother or sister and let them help set up the new baby things.
