Hi sisterhood
I was just asking for other mums with children in school for there opinion,
My girls age 9 got suspended from school today after recieving a phone call tlat 7:15am from there principal, this is from an incident that happen on friday that i know nothing about the tuesday they had there swimming carnival and there teacher had grabbed a boy by his back pack, my daughter said something and then the teacher grab the back of my daughters school bag and said u your sister and marcus are getting suspended not once did i get a phone call being aware of this until the phone call this morning, im absolutely angry and on the borderline in contacting department of education cause this picking on my kids has happened on more then 1 occasion,

Depends what she said? There's not much info here but if that's because you don't have the info either, make an appointment with the principal and find out facts and yes take it further if you disagree.

No way would she have been suspended for that. Is that exactly what the principal told you? Does she get in trouble often? Is this info from your daughter only? I would suggest staying calm and talking to her teacher and the principal CALMLY. Don't get a chip on your shoulder or feel judged as a parent. Just find out all the details. See what's going on in class. And above all, if she's done the wrong thing DON'T side with her because you think it's unfair. That would only make her behaviour worse. Get tough, Mum.
