Possible pregnant?

Hi sisters.
I have been off contraception since early December, and had my first period two weeks ago. My partner and I had sex two nights ago. This morning I had light pinky spots and then light browny spots, along with mild cramps. I have been reading every article available on ovulation and implantation, and am aware that some conceive quicker than others.
According to babycenter my ideal conception day is today. Has anyone experienced this?
