Pregnancy after miscarriage. How to be calm

I'm measuring 6 weeks 2 days pregnant... And this baby has been a long wait (TTC 3 years)... After losing our last baby in the second trimester I don't think I will start to feel 'ok' with this pregnancy until I get to the 3rd trimester... Having said that, I am freaking!!! And I don't want to be like this for that long. Every time I feel the tiniest pain, pass wind, go to the toilet I am on edge. How do I calm down and stop worrying so much???

Hmmm maybe make a conscious effort to focus on the positives and an extra special effort to relax (do some meditation or relaxation techniques daily).
That said I think its only natural to worry given your history, and I assume that you know what caused your miscarriage and your medical team will address those things this time asap.
Maybe just mention your anxiety to your Dr/midwife/ob when you see them next.
Hoping for a happy ending this time :-) hugs to you mum!
