Acne
Hi loverly mummies,
Please help, i have bad acne, its like my pores are blocked, ive used nearly everything the dr has prescribed me with and nothing is working, im ashamed to leave the house, its making me feel real depressed within myself, there not like big pimples with white heads there like big lumps then form into a lil pimple my face has lil scares from them, has any mummies experienced this and can shred some light on what has worked for them please, thanks

have you seen a dermatologist?
i had really bad skin nothing help. Untill i tried deep sea cosmetics. i use the mud sope and love it $13 online plus postage. and every 3 night i use frank coffee scrub i think its about 14 dollars free postage. my skin is so much better! I stoped using foundation to and use nude mineral pouder which has helped too x
Try altering the foods you eat - quite a number of intolerances show up in your skin.
It's just an idea (worked for me).
