I'm 34 weeks pregnant.. My husband just doesn't want to have sex with me which I'm finding really hard to accept right now because my pregnacy hormones are out of control!
Sometimes he agrees and we get it on which is great, he also really objects to going down on me since pregnacy began.
I know you can't force someone to have sex with you and what not, just wondering if it's common for men to not want yo have sex with their pregnant partner? It's making me feel a but self concious

Is he worried about hurting the baby? Some guys worry about that.
Is he worried about the baby. I had a midwife explain it to me like your uterus where the baby is in the house your vagina where you have sex is just the car port. And later on pregnancy sex it good sperm will rippen your cervix and sex alot of times brings on labour.
My husband was the same, after i got past 6months with both kids he was not interested. He did say he felt uncomfortable plus I'm sure the weight gain and big belly didn't really turn him on. Which is all very fair. I just had to please myself if I felt the need too. But once both girls were born and I felt ready we were back in action as per normal.
I have the opposite problem. We'd both love to be able too but due to complications we've been told to refrain completely. I get through by thinking to myself that in the whole scheme of things, its only for a little while. 16 more weeks and counting!!!
