I have had hemorrhoids for about 8yrs now (got them giving birth) & am currently pregnant with my 3rd & while they haven't really gotten bigger, they haven't gotten smaller either. I have the internal ones that only come out when I've done a bowel movement and as pleasant as it is, I have to manually put them back in - what can I do to try and shrink them?? I can't 'leave them out' as if I do that, they start to hurt and swell. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do? I would like to at least try to shrink them a bit before having this baby as I don't want them to get worse

Go to the chemist and ask for a cream. I got one that stopped the pain and itching during pregnancy (hemocane), then talk to Dr at 6 week check for one that will actually shrink them. No point shrinking them till after bub as they will just come straight back
