Selective mutism

Hi I'm wanting some info on selective mutism has anyone been through it?
What has proven to help your child? My daughter has just been diagnosed and will be seeing a paediatrician unfortunately she can't get in for months and she will he returning to kindy in a few weeks. Just looking for some ideas before she starts kindy again
