Hello
I am currently 30wks pregnant and my baby is in bum breech position. She is very low down with her bum where you'd imagine a head would be.
Although she can still flip and I am starting chiro, massage and acupuncture to try and help her become head down, I want to be prepared for a birth scenario if she doesnt.
I am not an eligible candidate for a version as I have an anterior placenta. Although I doubt I would sign up for this anyway.
My question is, has anyone successfully delivered a bum breech baby vaginally? What were the pros and cons? Were there complications? Any advice is appreciated. Also would like to hear from women who were advised to delivery via c/s and chose this.

Sorry no experience, my baby turned. Google spinningbabies for best advice and great tactics to try to turn baby.
Hi, I was a breech baby birthed naturally in the 70s. Only complications were jaundice and a dislocated leg from the dr pulling me out. Also had to wear that leg brace thing so I crawled/walked a bit later.
Fast forward to my first baby - he was also breech. I opted for a CS and I am glad I did - he was a huge baby!
I think if you have the right team of midwives/drs it's absolutely fine.
