Child in out of home care

Hi sisters,
I need some advice. I have a child who lives with me via a family arrangement in out of home care. The child has a range of conditions, autism, anger management, oppositional defiance disorder and ADHD (all diagnosed by specialist) he is medicated. Yesterday he grabbed my own small chd by the meck and pulled him to the floor because he stood in front of the tv. Later in the afternoon, when asked to do.somethi g he didn't want to do he began to get worked up when i we nt near him he hit, kicked and pushed me. He began to rant and rave, threatened revenge on my child (who didnt really do anything wrong but feels my child is spoilt and never gets in trouble). My question is at what point do i give up.on this other child, he is my family and if he cant stay here with me the child will go to CAFS

Im going to get some hate here but everyone has their own opinion. I know he is family but you need to put your own family first expecially if your child is getting hurt and its adding stress to you. The care centers they offer and designed for him and have safe environments for him not to hurm others. I would seriously concider what is best for your own children, safety and stress levels.

Are you being given behavioural support services through child psychologist??? If not then ask for those services. If they can't provide those services or you can't afford those services then it's time to consider your options. Any one of those diagnosis would require in going intervention from a psychologist/behaviour analyst amongst other things to teach the parents and help the child how best to cope. If that's not something he is getting or can get then sadly it's time to hand him over. :(
