Dresses and bbreastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding first time mum and i am dying to wear something nice! I am single and I am not feeling to good in my slef ive still got a bit of weight to loose and lots of stretch marks to go along with it all. I left a DV relationship and was never aloud to wear anything nice as he believed I was trying to impress other men besides him so I was always made to cover up. So its been a long time sinceI wore something pretty. Now that i am single again i just want to wear something pretty that i like for a change other than horrible tops that cover my maternity bras. I am only in my early 20s and feel like i dress like my mum. My question is has anyone worn a dress with a bra built into it while breastfeeding with breast pads and not leaked everywhere? Leaking out would just be down right embarrassing so this is why i thought i would ask before I go out shopping! I just want to feel good about myself again.

How old is your baby, I found I leaked less as my body adjusted to breast feeding. I think as long as the top is supportive and holds the breast pad in place you should be right? Give it a go, you might not be able to wear it straight away but it's nice to have something to wear later when your boobs settle down a bit.
