Starting a Business

Hi All,
I'm mum to two young children and am looking to start my own business. I find it difficult to find time and am feeling a little diffident about starting out.
Since I work 4 days a week as well I really find it hard to find time. But my dream is to have my own business and the flexibility it brings to look after my children on my terms. I was wondering if mums in business can share advice on starting up and establishing a business while taking care of young children and a career.
Also were there any business networks you joined? I have come across ABN.org.au, Business Chicks and Mumpreuner Network. Any of these any good. I need motivation and to learn a lot.
