anywhere I can get help from about money? I currently owe money for rent, electricity bills, rego, phone, more rent, fine. etc. and I CANT GET OUT OF IT! please help?? I just need to get slightly ahead and then I have no worries but all my bills have all hit at once! insurance, rego, phone, electricity and a speeding fine -_- any tips? suggestions? anything to help me out??

What have you done to organise payment plans?? Look at the info for the fines and there should be an option to pay by a payment plan.
Talk to your state housing authority, they often offer extra help so you don't loose your place. In SA that is HousingSA.
Contact the Salvos and ask for help, they have financial counsellors that can help you sort your way through the situation.
BUT everything will be a bandaid solution unless you organise your life so you aren't using and spending more than you owe. It is time to overhaul everything and get rid of every expense that isn't a necessity.

Im on a bill smoothing plan with my electricity which means I pay $90 per fortnight off my bill, so i dont get a big nasty one at once. As for your speeding fine, call sper. You can pay it off or if you are recieving centrelink they can take it out of your fortnightly payments, even if its only $10 a fortnight. You can opt to pay your insurance weekly which comes down to not much at all. I was recently told you can now pay rego every 3 months, which ends up being only slightly over $100. As for your phone bill, im sure you could arrange to pay that off in instalments too. Pretty much everything has payment plans available these days. Good luck
