ANONYMOUS POST PLEASE ?
I am completely at my wits end with my 4 year old son. He has a horrible attitude and gets into fits of anger when he doesnt get his way. He throws things and tells me to go away and that he hates me and wants another mummy. This doesnt hurt my feelings, if anything it pisses me off. He does not listen snd does not ever do as he is told. He lies and is also very sneaky. Yes i love him but i really dont like him. I dread every morning as everything is a battle with this child. My other child was never like this. I dont know what to do.. I am too angry to think clearly.. does it sound like possible ADHD..? Or does he need anger management already at such a young age? Or is this "normal" behavior for a 4 year old? I dont understanding where we went wrong. I have very little patience left in me when copping his barrage of nasty words and insults. What the hell do I do?

The only person that can answer your question is a pediatrician and a child psychologist.
He might be normal, he might fit a diagnosis. But what really matters is getting you and your son some help to get past this.
So I'd be asking for a referral to a child psychologist and a pediatrician. They are best placed to help you with the behavior and give you a correct diagnosis if one is warranted.
