Hi mummas I have written a children’s book (ages 4-8) and I’m not sure how to move ahead with it. My vision is for it to be a picture book but I don’t have access to an illustrator. Can anyone point me in the right direction, who to contact, what to do next? Thanks

I manage a day spa in a tourist town (can be quiet during winter) and I am looking at renting out a space for a nail artist. I'm wondering how much per week or day people would find reasonable to charge rent? And how would I go about it (policies, procedures, bookings etc)?
