Has anyone done a divorce settlement with exhusband whilst having a new partner and can tell me if having a new partner has affected the outcome of your divorce settlement (eg: because they earn money too it may become considered in the future needs of the divorce settlement process)

Just stay as boyfriend and girlfriend and living separately until the settlement is completed. Especially if you’re concerned about it. My uncle got remarried after divorcing his wife and now the courts can access his new husbands accounts to see where a large sum of money has gone that he had hidden.
More importantly, you consider the kids, who are still adjusting to their parents divorcing
